September marks the bittersweet end of summer. It is a time to celebrate with Labor Day picnics and back to school shopping. Unfortunately for a growing number of children and their families, month number 9 has taken on a whole new meaning. No words can describe the feeling when you are told those four devastating words, “YOUR CHILD HAS CANCER”. September is national Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. This September please remember all of our young warriors who won their battle against cancer and never forget those who did not.
Thank you Coach Chuck Pagano for honoring Johnson County, Indiana cancer survivor Zane Davidson and his family on August 31st, 2017. Congratulations Zane, whose last cancer treatment is on September 14th!
